Do Not Take Zithromax With Prilosec

I’ve been keeping track of other writers of free online novels via google blog alerts and have noticed many of them are being issued in serialized form.

Many of these free online serialized novels are pretty interesting to read with a great standard of writing but didn’t qualify for a link from this blog because they were incomplete.

I’ve now changed my mind on this policy and am going to include details of free online novels of excellence which are in progress or which are being serialized.

Some of the writing I have come across is really good and deserves a mention.

Bye for now

Dear Rob ; I happened across your article.and thank you for it. I haven’t been diagnosed by a doctor as agoraphobic, and yet I think I have something like it. I sure hope you will tell memore,so I can get out of the house, too. Thank you for inspiring me. I would like to know about your work if that’s alright with you. Lori

Lori, I’m afraid the best I can say is that fears have to be confronted a little at a time and it takes a long time.

In my case, I was able to go out but got panic attacks even on small hills (ridiculously small!).

So, after researching others experiences, I found a hill nearby and each day returned to it in my lunch break going as far up as I could before getting panicky then did my breathing exercises and did a few steps more before returning from my lunch break.

Eventually, I could go all the way up the hill and so I started on other hills which I now found were easier. Finally, I seem to be cured, although I won’t be climbing any mountains :-)

Perhaps, for you, your first step is to go to your garden gate, the next day a little further and so on.

Checkout ‘calming breathing’ on the Internet so you know you can calm yourself down when you get panicky. For example, take a deep breath and let it out slowly to the count of 20. If still fearful do again until feeling better.

Ultimately, in my humble opinion, the only way forward is to confront fears little by little.

BTW I’m not a doctor or able to give medical advice. This is just my experiences.

    Good luck.

    Rob
