The fly and the old man is a great short story about disability, sitting, reading and an annoying fly.
I was most impressed by this short story which proves that short stories can revolve around very ordinary themes yet still be intriguing and enjoyable.
Perhaps the test of good short stories is to end the story with a smile and The Fly and The Old Man by Ruth Harrigan certainly made me smile.
Bye for now
